Nove at Knox

Dallas (Knox St)

  • Nineteen floor luxury multifamily project in Dallas’ Knox-Henderson district, with 310 rental units, 24 penthouses and exceptional views
  • Poured in place structure with masonry and punch opening skin; four elevators, elevated pool, four-story parking garage and large amenities deck
  • Work included specialty concrete and temporary safety services; $200k

Graco

Plano

  • Subcontracting services on a four building, 4/5 story wood frame wrapped multifamily complex
  • Project included 270 residential units, a 320-car precast parking garage, and first floor retail on an urban/downtown site
  • Work performed included site demolition and grading, as well as concrete paving and hardscaping; $1.0M

TXDOT/Hopkins County Safety Rest Stop

Hopkins County

  • Subcontracting services encompassed four main buildings and ten site structures, including canopies, arbors and pedestrian bridges
  • Also involved cold form framing, wallboard, acoustical ceilings, cedar siding, joint compounds, paint and epoxy coatings
  • 120 acre site; $700k contract value

DFW Airport/Hyatt Hotel

Dallas

  • Safely build a high quality sloped metal access roof platform in an active, secure airport environment
  • 15,000 SF of sloped roof, 4-6 weeks, $247,000 (approx.)
