About Us

About us

A unique blend of big firm expertise and small firm agility

In 2013, founders Patrick Peaden and Mark Floyd combined their years of experience with large construction management and service enterprises, seeking to build their future and legacy. They drew on expertise leading successful projects for clients such as Cyrus One, Goldman Sachs, and Bank of America. They leveraged relationships to hire great people and partner with leaders to prove their model. More than ten years later, F&P has completed more than 100 projects throughout the highly competitive North Texas market.

The first key to this success:

A process-driven focus on creating economic advantages for clients and partners.

The second key to this success:

A culture of loyalty, honesty, integrity, transparency and accountability.
