COMMUNITY
Invested in the communities where we work
The continued growth of F&P Construction hinges in part upon the development of local, underprivileged, disadvantaged communities. Our first goal is to partner with the sub-contracting trades with Mentor Protege Agreements. In this manner, we commit time, resources, and expertise to create an environment of teaching and development to further refine and implement sound business practices. The second goal is to help second chance and disadvantaged people who are seeking employment. We are engaged in partnerships with community organizations that maintain a vetted labor pool of such individuals. Our mentor- protege partnerships enable us to refine and grow their capabilities in skilled trades, while they earn a livable wage and adopt skills to advance their lives while giving back to the community.
